Fraction answer format

If your answer is a fraction, write it as a reduced improper fraction. Do not use mixed numbers (e.g., instead of \( 2 \tfrac{2}{3} \), write 8/3). Always reduce fractions to lowest terms (e.g., 6/181/3).

Frequently Asked Questions

The Tradermath Math Trainer gives you quick-fire arithmetic questions based on your chosen operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). You can adjust difficulty, time limits, and question types to train exactly how you want.

Open questions are much harder because you must calculate the answer from scratch, which builds strong recall and accuracy. Multiple choice is faster and great for warming up, and it also trains elimination skills (spotting and removing wrong answers), which is a valuable skill in timed tests.

With the Tradermath Math Trainer, consistency beats long sessions. Train at least 3 to 4 times a week for 5 to 15 minutes. Daily practice is ideal, and short, focused sessions will help you retain skills better than occasional marathons.

In the Tradermath Math Trainer, start with integers to build speed. Once you’re confident, add decimals for precision and fractions for deeper number sense.

Use the Tradermath Math Trainer to begin with a comfortable time limit and question count, then push yourself by increasing speed or mixing more operations. Aim for at least 90% accuracy at your current level before making it harder.
